Understanding how homebuyers find the home they purchase is paramount in getting a quick sale and at the highest possible price! 

Currently an estimated 93% of homebuyers start their search online but here’s what sources they used in 2011.

·   Internet: 88%

Tip: Be listed on the BIG three… REALTOR.com, TRULIA.com & ZILLOW.com 

·   Real estate agent: 87%

Tip: Agents most exclusively use their local MLS database, being there is critical to reaching qualified buyers! 

·   Yard sign: 55%

Tip: Being able to offer an 800 # recorded message option or mobile solution for a Virtual Tour. 

·   Open house: 45%

Tip: Helpful but safety should be a concern, do them with a partner.

·   Newspaper ad: 30%

Tip: Might want to save your money. 

·   Home book or magazine: 19%

Tip: Might be better off throwing your money away.
